Social media buzz reveals that searches for “Ripple” on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Litigation Releases page currently yield no results. This has sparked speculation among XRP supporters that the SEC may have removed its civil actions against Ripple from the website. However, neither Ripple nor the SEC has officially commented on the status of the ongoing legal case. With no confirmation yet, XRP enthusiasts are closely watching, hoping this could signal the potential conclusion of the lawsuit.
This news comes as the previously announced XRP Community Day Space is currently streaming with the latest XRP news, so many listeners are hoping for elaboration on this as well as a potential US federal reserve of the previously persecuted cryptocurrency.

The game formerly known as Vampire Dynasty is undergoing a dramatic transformation. Developer Mehuman Games and publisher Toplitz Productions have rebranded the title as Vampires: Bloodlord Rising, delivering a fresh name and revamped visuals. Fans can expect upgraded character designs and enhancements that immerse players deeper into the enigmatic world of Sangavia.
While the new name might sound a little cringe, according to Robin Gibbels, Head of Producing at Toplitz Productions, the decision to rename the game stemmed from its evolution during development:
“The deeper we went into the development, the more it became clear to us that the story-driven content and its action-adventure elements didn’t align with the expectations of a ‘Dynasty’ game. While we’ve preserved the core quality of the content and game design, the new name makes it clear that these vampires are carving their own path in Sangavia’s open world.”
The latest trailer reveals Vampires: Bloodlord Rising has undergone substantial upgrades, including visually enhanced textures and materials, improved lighting, and a redesigned on-screen UI. Players can also look forward to detailed world-building, with refined environmental elements like grass, water, and fog, all contributing to a more immersive experience.
Gameplay mechanics have been expanded as well. Players will now manage vampire subjects with greater depth, including the ability to romance transformed vampires, send them on hunts, and perform rituals to strengthen their clan. Additionally, the game introduces building mechanics, allowing players to construct custom vampire castles, complete with polished design elements.
Vampires: Bloodlord Rising is set to launch in Early Access on Steam later this year. Stay tuned for updates as the game continues to develop into a richly atmospheric action-adventure experience.

“Silver Refineries in the US are backed up more than 3 Months!!! They are processing so much material into Comex Good Delivery (on behalf of the banks) that industrial consumption is having issues finding reasonably priced physical Silver. *Retail investors are generally unaware of what’s happening.” posted Founder & CEO of Scottsdale Mint Co-Founder & CEO of The Wyoming Reserve Opportunity Zone Fund Corporation Josh Philip Phair on X.
The comments follow mounting evidence of silver production deficits to the tune of 200,000,000 troy ounces as well as banks carrying short positions of nearly that much, while COMEX, by all accounts, allegedly cannot stand for physical delivery with paper silver trading at approximately a 400:1 ratio to real silver inventory.
Will we soon see the long-awaited #silversqueeze come to fruition with silver stackers becoming millionaires overtnight?
I’m not a financial advisor & this is not financial advice, I’m just heavily invested in silver.

These are some pretty snazzy specifications. Of course, as is the norm these day, Samsung also leaned heavily in Galaxy AI enhancements.
As a longtime Samsung user, I am excited to see so much progress, but these models are not yet available in here in Japan. It may be shocking due to Japan’s proximity to Samsung’s headquarters in South Korea, but Samsung generally releases devices here months later than they do in the U.S.
Due to this, I am not personally in the market for a new device, having gotten my Samsung Galaxy Flip 6 just last Halloween. While I am very tempted by the increased power & features on these latest models (not to mention the fancy jade green option!), & would recommend a new Samsung device all day, every day over even the latest, greatest iPhone, I am just such a fan of the form factor of the Flip series, I don’t see myself even considering changing until the next Flip model is announced, likely in July.
If you are in the market for a new device, by all means use my affiliate links below to pre-order from Amazon for delivery on February 7, 2025. You can get up to $200 in Amazon gift cards with the current offers featured in my links.
I will update this post when Samsung Japan announces the local S25 release.
Until then, happy buying abroad!

The latest development in this sordid tale is yet another bad one, with user @Pirat_Nation reporting being banned from the Bloodlines 2 Steam Community for simply asking which character is female.
An entirely sane question in a world fatigued by DEI madness, but allegedly not one the woker than thou devs tolerate.
Based off the comments on this & literally every other social media post I have seen covering it, no one wants to play this pretend-pronoun political lecture masquerading as a vampire game.
I am begging that this game gets canned before further sullying VTM’s once-great legacy.

“On January 28, 2025, XRP holders, builders, community leaders, and Ripple executives will come together for XRP Community Day—a global, virtual event celebrating the continued innovation, utility and growth across the digital asset XRP and the broader XRP Ledger (XRPL) ecosystem.”
Thus posted Ripple in a X article on January 21, 2025, further noting,
“The event will be accessible to a global audience, with sessions spread across EMEA, Americas, and APAC time zones. These sessions will cover key topics such as cross-chain innovation, institutional DeFi adoption, XRPL ecosystem growth and roadmap, Ripple’s priorities for blockchain innovation in 2025, and the future of crypto regulations. Innovation Spotlights will allow projects in the ecosystem to showcase what they’re building across various categories, including DeFi, tokenization, gaming, and more. Ripple leaders—including Brad Garlinghouse, Monica Long, David Schwartz, and Markus Infanger—will join XRP community members to reflect on key milestones, share news updates, and inspire the next wave of onchain innovation.”
For full details, including a breakdown of who will be discussing what at which time, please refer to the original post linked above.
Myself & other investors in XRP as well as the cryptocurrency space in general are hoping for the positive price action that we were disappointed to not see realised during Donald Trump’s inauguration as he failed to make any mention of crypto at all.
