Samsung has announced the S25 Fan Edition alongside the Tab 11 at their latest event. While the Tab 11 is now available for purchase on Samsung Japan’s website, there is no indication of the S25 FE becoming available in the near term, which is par for the course for their FE line in the Japan market. I had actually hoped to get the S20 FE last year around this time; however, I was told it would take approximately 6 more months for it to become available in Japan. So, I eventually opted to get the Flip 6 instead. Meanwhile, amid these product launches, Samsung Japan is operating on Amazon, apparently with the driver dead at the wheel. None of the Watch 8 lineup is presently listed, with all prior links currently being dead. Additionally, ads are being served with dead links for both the Flip 7 & the Tab 10 lineup. They are likely losing tens of thousands to millions of dollars running these ads to these dead links. Yet, no one I have reported these issues to has made any perceivable progress in rectifying them, as they persist despite my reports to Amazon support, Samsung.com, the Samsung Members app, & Samsung’s CEO. Despite getting no recent replies from the CEO’s office—who is the only one who has told me anything but “it’s out of our hands”—I most recently asked them if there is perhaps a bug bounty department to whom I could report this, since being in the business of fixing things, they would seem the most pertinent party to contact & might even reward me for bringing these grave issues to their awareness. However, I have received no reply. Needless to say, the Amazon Samsung Galaxy Store is not listing any of the new products launched today as of the time of this writing. Being an industry giant, it is incomprehensible that Samsung would allow such mismanagement of their storefront. So, I hope they get this matter under control soon.
